Hello, I'm Donna Strachan. I am an artist, development worker, director, forest school leader and trainer. It’s a busy life! My passion is developing new initiatives with the communities I work with. I work in Midlothian, East Lothian, the Scottish Borders and Edinburgh, specialising in working with young people. I have a degree in youth work and have worked for over 20 in the voluntary sector and now run my own business with my business partner, Eve Reid, called Big Wild Life we specialise in providing the Forest and Outdoor Learning Awards, developing communities in partnership, running Forest School and Forest Play sessions and initiating youth-led groups. Art Club is a project I created with young people, it is directed by young people who meet weekly to plan their work. I no longer print my ingingerness products and art as life got very busy all of a sudden but you can purchase the last remaining work at Whitmuir Organic Farm.
